We love this question! We create a strategic marketing plan for specific to your property which includes professional photography, high end website, social media target ads that capture live leads and allows are team to instantly follow up.

Commission rate is something that we love to discuss with the seller in person so we can go through everything that is offered. We are definitely not discount agents but we put 1% to 1.5% into marketing your property before and during the time it is for sale.

The most important step is for us to walk through the Seller’s home. This allows us to get them the most accurate & competitive price. From there the turn around time to get listed can be as quick as 24-48 hours.

Our team is made up of 5 full service agents who are able to assist on all aspects of the real estate transaction. We also have a full time marketer that is exclusive to us in our market. All of us work together to provide the best possible service for our clients. By hiring our team you get a team that never stops working for you!

We pride ourselves on our coverage area! Having 5 full service agents allows us to service the majority of the Chicagoland Area.

Our team assists with both Buyers and Sellers that are relocating. We are also able to assist clients with identifying top notch agents that service the areas they are looking to move (if out of state). When working with Buyers from out of town, we focus on organizing a search and detailing a plan for when they arrive in town to look for a home. This allows us to make the most of their time and successfully find them their next home!
